My gggrandfather, Troy Cummings [Smith]. Lumbee Indian. Robeson County North Carolina. Pretty nice looking dude and a musician to boot! Don't see many old photos with someone holding an instrument. This was found tucked into the Bible of a distant cousin from that side of the family and because I met another cousin, Angela McCauley, on Facebook, we connected over genealogy (first), and I got this photo. Just incredible treasure!
